    Tax Assistants

    Responsibilities

    • Jan 19th- Feb 19th
    • (50,000Ksh)
    • Review of client financial records to ensure accuracy.
    • Help with tax reconciliations.
    • Maintain organized tax documentation.
    • Prepare and update tax schedules, summaries, and working papers.
    • Assist in identifying tax risks and recommending corrective actions.
    • Support tax audits and provide required documentation
    • Perform any other tax-related administrative duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • CPA or ACCA
    • Good Excel skills.
    • Previous exposure to tax advisory, planning, or compliance is an added advantage

    Operations Manager (Property Management)

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and coordinate field officers across Nairobi properties.
    • Monitor rent collection, occupancy rates, and operational performance.
    • Ensure smooth daily operations: inspections, utilities, SOP compliance, and service delivery.
    • Handle tenant relations, issue resolution, and dispute management.
    • Support budgeting, expense control, and resource allocation. Mentor field officers to maintain high productivity.
    • Ensure safety, legal compliance, and quality standards.
    • Manage vendors, contracts, and service-level agreements.
    • Lead incident response and escalate issues appropriately.
    • Collaborate with management on strategy and new initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
    • 3+ years' experience in property management or senior operations.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
