    Electrical Maintenance Supervisor - Wheat Milling Plant

    Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

    • Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
    • Must have prior experience working in a wheat milling plant.
    • Strong technical knowledge of automation, pneumatic systems, and PLC/SCADA troubleshooting.
    • Minimum 5 years of electrical maintenance experience in milling or allied manufacturing industries.
    • Skilled in interpreting electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and machine manuals.
    • Analytical, systematic, and safety-conscious with strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
    • Willing to step in when necessary to ensure correct execution of maintenance tasks.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for motors, drives, control panels, sensors, weighing systems, pneumatic automation systems, and PLC-based controls.
    • Supervise electrical technicians and ensure all work is performed safely and according to OEM specifications.
    • Provide hands-on technical guidance - not doing all repairs personally,
    • but able to step in for critical tasks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
    • Collaborate with the mechanical maintenance team to synchronize maintenance of roller mills and utility systems.
    • Diagnose faults in electrical circuits, VFDs, MCCs, and instrumentation, implementing timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records, electrical schematic documentation, and compliance logs.
    • Enforce plant safety standards, including lockout/tagout and electrical safety procedures.

    Production Manager (Textiles)

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • Diploma/Degree in Textile-related discipline (e.g., Textile Technology, Textile Engineering)
    • 8+ years of progressive experience in textile production management.
    • Technical knowledge of weaving and narrow textiles (preferred).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full production cycle (weaving and narrow textiles) for efficiency and quality.
    • Implement best practices to improve capacity utilization and minimize waste.
    • Ensure adherence to high quality standards for all products.
    • Lead, train, and manage the production staff and operators.
    • Develop and execute production schedules to meet deadlines.
    • Coordinate upkeep of all weaving and narrow loom machinery.
    • Control production costs (material/labor) to meet budgets.
    • Uphold all industry safety and environmental regulations.

    Mandatory Technical Expertise

    • Double pass regenerative furnace (50+ ton capacity)
    • Gasifier operation (coal, wood, furnace oil, brunet)
    • Soda Ash + Sand | Soda Ash + Quartz handling
    • Dissolving plant and solid batching knowledge
    • Sodium silicate
    • Warning
    • Production: 30,000 tons annually / 80 tons solid per month (wet process using caustic soda flakes)
    • Technical expertise in crushing and mining plants (Quartz Stone)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operations Leadership: Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with quality standards.
    • Strategic Planning & Growth: Design and implement business strategies, set growth targets, and drive profitability improvements.
    • Financial & Process Management: Maintain budgets, optimize costs, and establish policies and processes for operational excellence.
    • People & Performance Management: Lead recruitment, training, and performance development to build a high-performing workforce.
    • Governance & Reporting: Evaluate operations, improve financial and business outcomes, and report regularly to the Board and Chairman.
    • Problem Solving: Provide timely solutions to challenges such as profit decline, operational bottlenecks, and workforce issues.
