    Talent Acquisition Manager

    We know you are the best because you have:

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in talent acquisition or HRBP roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead recruiter capacity

    • CHRP certification
    • Proven track record in managing graduate programs and employer branding initiatives
    • Demonstrated success in building and implementing talent initiatives from the ground up in fast-paced environments
    • Project management expertise with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred

    Application Support Engineer

    Job Purpose Statement

    The role is responsible for the provision of ICT support to the Core Banking Systems and other Business systems by providing technical assistance, analysis and solutions to issues reported or escalated from the service desk as per the documented procedures.

    Key Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)

    • Daily COB Services: To execute all Daily COB (Close of Business) activities performed across the Core Banking Systems as per the documented procedures.
    • Incidents Management: To provide 2nd Level Support and ensure the resolution of service incidents escalated to the Support Operations Team, and/or provision of appropriate workarounds for incidents escalated as problems within the agreed SLA.
    • Problem Management: To escalate problems and continuously engage with the 3rd level and/or 3rd party support vendors to ensure timely resolution of all escalated system faults/bugs on the Core Banking and other Business Systems.
    • System Administration: Perform day-to-day administration duties across the Core Banking and Business systems platforms so as to ensure system stability and consistent levels of service delivery.
    • System Reporting: Analysis, design and generation of various reports in an accurate manner and distribute in an effective and timely manner development initiatives that will grow the team’s knowledge and skills.

    Job Specifications

    Academic:

    • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.

    Desired work experience:

    • Minimum 3 years working experience in a busy IT environment as a systems analyst with hands on role in enterprise database management, application management and relational database design.
    • Minimum 2 years support of the current core banking system in the bank (T24) and a certification or recognized approved training in the same.

    Technical Competencies:

    • ITIL Foundation certificate is an added advantage,
    • One or more IT certifications such as in Microsoft systems, UNIX or Oracle will be an added advantage.
    • Good understanding of the financial services and how IT contributes to the success of the financial institutions.
    • Sound knowledge of Information technology and related support architectures

    Head of Digital Lending, Telcos

    Job Purpose Statement

    The Head of Digital Lending position is focused on driving the growth and commercial success of LOOP’s financial ecosystem. The role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that align market opportunities with LOOP’s platform vision, including embedded Financial Infrastructure and Marketplace models. This includes managing and expanding partnerships with financial institutions and stakeholders, overseeing credit and savings business lines and leading a team of growth managers. The role entails designing and implementing commercial strategies, identifying investment-grade opportunities, and driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability. Additionally, the role ensures regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and team development within the Grow ecosystem.

    Key Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)

    Strategy & Financial (30%)

    • Drive revenue growth by targeting new markets and customer segments.
    • Improve gross margins through cost control, pricing optimization, and efficiency.
    • Maximize customer lifetime value via retention and expansion initiatives.
    • Track ROI on commercial investments across sales, marketing, and partnerships.
    • Expand market share through strategic market entry and growth execution.

    Internal Business Processes (30%)

    • Streamline sales and marketing to enhance customer targeting and acquisition.
    • Implement risk management policies to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance.
    • Promote cross-functional collaboration to align operations with commercial goals.
    • Define and monitor performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet targets.

    Customer (20%)

    • Identify and acquire new customer segments with tailored strategies.
    • Enhance retention through customer-focused programs and experiences.
    • Monitor and act on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.

     Learning & Growth (20%)

    • Promote continuous learning to stay current with industry trends.

    Job Specifications

    Academic:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business or related fields.
    • MBA or a Master’s degree in a business field is desirable.

    Work Experience:

    • At least ten (10) years' work experience, five (5) of which should have been in management position in a Technology or Fintech. Should have participated in strategy development and implementation, and having led large successful business development initiatives.
