    Fraud Analyst

    Job Purpose Statement

    • The purpose of this role is fraud risk management through continuous prevention and detection plan. Conduct fraud risk assessments, process reviews and transactions exception alerts/reports review, analysis to proactively identify and mitigate fraud risks and creating awareness on fraud trends across the business.

    Ideal Job Specifications
    Academic

    • Undergraduate degree – minimum 2nd class honours upper division added advantage for a person with the following disciplines: Finance/Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, Criminal Justice or computer science /information technology.

    Professional

    •  Proficiency in information technology is a must
    •  Professional qualifications in Fraud Risk Management, Systems Audit, Data Analytics will be an added advantage
    •  Appropriate training in the assigned information systems accompanying operating systems and environmental systems such as firewalls
    •  A creative approach to solving problems, attention to details, well organized and exhibit methodical approach to work
    •  Excellent communication (oral/wring) and presentation skills
    •  Ability to work under pressure, remain objective and ability to meet deadlines
    •  Knowledgeable in identifying indicators of fraud through data mining and analysis exercises

    Desired Work Experience

    SAP Developer

    Job Purpose Statement

    • The SAP developer –will ensure the efficient design, configuration, development, support and deployment of SAP environment required for business needs, functional reporting and information management. Work with business and SAP functional users to understand the data used to generate the businesses KPIs and metrics as well as the workflows used for their delivery. Continuously review the best technologies to deliver the solution and help drive adoption through systems development on SAP, technical implementations, communication and training to super users. The SAP developer is expected to provide technical expertise for system design, testing, implementation and support, being his/her primary focus during the design and development phases of projects and on user support.

    Ideal Person Specifications
    Academic qualifications:

    •  An undergraduate degree or its equivalent in a Technology related field i.e.
    • Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software engineering.
    •  Working Knowledge on cloud services

    Professional training:

    •  Strong knowledge and working experience in UI5 related programming like JavaScript,
    • HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and Angular JS.
    •  At least 3 – 5 years of recent experience as UI5 /Fiori developer / architect with deep
    • knowledge of backend development / configuration (OData services, Annotations,
    • ABAP, RFC/BAPI) preferably in S/4 HANA environment.
    •  Should be able to perform end-to-end configuration of FIORI.
    •  SAP Certification or Development experience in ABAP for HANA and relevant Functional areas e.g. MM, FICO, HCM, TRAVEL.
    •  Knowledge in SAP HANA and SAP Success factors is added advantage.
    •  Knowledge of using Solution Manager for change management is an added advantage.
    •  ITIL Intermediate and other relevant professional qualifications in ICT field would be an added advantage.

    Job Purpose Statement 

    • This role will lead in strategy, implementation, and operations of Digital Business cyber security agenda.
    • The head of Information Technology Security serves as the process owner of all assurance activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of customer, business partner, employee and business information in compliance with the organization's information security policies.
    • This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a corporate-wide information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected.
    • This role will lead a team of experienced Analysts and senior Subject Matter Experts and will be responsible and accountable for the Cyber processes and engineering capabilities which protect Digital Business information assets.
    • The Head of IT Security will play a key role optimizing the technology, people and process portions of our defense in depth strategy, implementing standardization, automation, and innovation based on Digital Business Cyber threat profile.
    • The role must have an established background managing a security operations function, strong technical knowledge, experience handling a fast-paced operational cadence, and a resultsdriven mindset.

    Ideal Job Specifications
    Academic:

    •  University degree, in Computer Science or technical field.
    •  MBA or a Master’s degree in a technology field preferred.

    Professional:

    •  Information security certifications e.g. CISSP/CISM/CISA/CEH  Information Technology certifications are desirable: ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, PRINCE2, ISO, Cloud technology.
    •  Strong understanding of common best practices, frameworks, and regulations (ISO27001, ISO22301, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, etc).

    Job Purpose Statement 

    • The Head of Planning and architecture is a key participant in shaping the Digital Business technology strategy, commercial strategy, and implementation and technology operation.
    • He/She will lead the architecting, design, development, implementation, and second line operations of Loop DFS Information Technology.
    • The head of Planning and Architecture should have in-depth knowledge of the current and upand-coming trends in the Information Technology field, and use this knowledge to provide solutions to business challenges in Digital Business.
    • He/she should operate the information technology systems to achieve the agreed KPIs in availability, performance, and continuous improvement.
    • The role is responsible for information strategy in over seven markets/counties, with a mandate to expand to additional markets in Africa as per the Board Approved expansion plan.
    • This role will have the planning and operations functions of the core applications used by Digital Business.

    •  University degree, in Computer Science or technical field.
    •  MBA or a Master’s degree in a technology field preferred.
