    Technical Sales Engineer

    What You’ll Do

    As a key member of our team, you will:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their drilling plans and operational needs
    • Promote and deliver tailored ReedHycalog solutions to maximize performance and value
    • Identify new business opportunities, support tender processes, and expand market share
    • Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and product performance
    • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful tool runs and customer satisfaction
    • Manage the full sales cycle—from order processing to invoicing and payment follow-ups
    • Drive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

    What You Bring

    • A university degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
    • Proven sales experience, ideally within oil & gas or drilling environments
    • Strong understanding of drilling, geology, or hydraulics (advantageous)
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
    • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities

    Warehouse Responsible

    What You’ll Do

    In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently:

    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
    • Supervise goods-in/goods-out and order picking to ensure accuracy and minimal stock damage
    • Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and system alignment
    • Implement and improve warehouse processes, driving continuous improvement
    • Ensure on-time delivery to customers and monitor dispatch performance
    • Maintain high standards of safety, security, and 5S housekeeping
    • Track inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
    • Lead, motivate, and build a high-performing, accountable team

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Technical, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse or industrial environment
    • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
    • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
    • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to lead and motivate others
