    Inventory Controller

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and control inventorymovement within the central kitchen operations.
    • Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
    • Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of inventory items.
    • Prepare inventory reports and support cost control measures.
    • Work closely with procurement, production, and accounts departments.
    • Minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock variances.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety and inventory management procedures.
    • Maintain proper documentation for all stock transactions.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Accounting. Business Administration, or a related field.
    • CPA qualification or accounting background will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory or stock control, preferably in hospitality,
    • catering, or food production environments. Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
    • Good knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience using the Odoo system will be an added advantage.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity.

    Store Clerk

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies.
    • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items. Issue stock to departments while maintaining accurate records.
    • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or variances.
    • Conduct routine stock counts and reconciliations.
    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the store area.
    • Prepare stock reports and support inventory management processes.
    • Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all stock movements.

    Qualifications:

    • Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Stores Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality, catering, or food production.
    • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use inventory management systems.
    • Experience using the Odoo system will be an added advantage.
    • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
    • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Steward Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the stewarding team and ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and work areas.
    • Ensure proper cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment, utensils, and supplies.
    • Monitor waste management and support food safety procedures. Schedule and coordinate stewarding duties and shift assignments.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
    • Train and guide stewarding staff on proper cleaning procedures and workplace discipline.
    • Support kitchen operations during events and peak production periods.

    Qualifications:

    • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food Production, Housekeeping, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in stewarding or kitchen support operations.
    • Previous supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
    • Good leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
    • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
