    Sales Executive (Motorcycle Licence Required)-Nyanza

    Overview:

    •  A leading organization is seeking to recruit dynamic and motivated individuals for the role of Sales Executive. The successful candidates will be responsible for maximizing sales revenue by building and sustaining a strong distribution network through dealers, distributors, and other partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets through distributors, dealers, and resellers.
    • Implement action plans to drive product and service sales at ground-level outlets.
    • Monitor distributor and partner performance to ensure on-target results.
    • Recruit new outlets and agents while overseeing stock levels in trade and at distributor level.
    • Collaborate with distributors and their teams to execute promotional and branding activities.
    • Identify gaps in the distribution chain and escalate for management action.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare timely reports.
    • Ensure consistent product and service availability to grow subscriber numbers and revenue.
    • Build strong relationships with agents and outlets to address customer needs and emerging requirements.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Valid Motorbike Riding License (mandatory).
    • Minimum of a Diploma qualification.
    • IT literate and tech-savvy with devices.
    • 6 months – 1 year of retail sales experience in the FMCG industry (an added advantage).
    • Confidence and goal orientation.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
    • Good understanding of basic business principles.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in programme leadership, development, strategy execution, or related fields.
    • Demonstrated success in managing complex programmes and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
    • Strong project execution, planning, and operational management skills.
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership management capabilities.
    • Experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and performance management.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
