• We are looking for an experienced Chatter / Customer Support Representative to join our team in Kenya. The ideal candidate is an excellent written communicator, customer-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chatter, Live Chat Agent, Customer Support Representative, or in a similar role.
• Excellent written communication and typing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple chats and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of CRM and digital communication tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Full-time availability with flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
• Ability to work on-site in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat platforms.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Document customer interactions and update internal systems accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Follow company policies and quality standards at all times.

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a QA Engineer supporting payroll and benefits platforms used by U.S.-based organizations.

In this role, you'll help ensure the accuracy, compliance, and reliability of payroll and benefits processes by validating calculations, enrollments, eligibility rules, contributions, and system functionality.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the PEO industry
• 2+ years of experience supporting U.S. Payroll
• Strong Benefits Administration experience

• Employee & Employer Contributions
• Retirement Plans & Match Calculations
• Experience working with payroll or benefits software
• QA, testing, validation, or system review experience is highly preferred
