1. Mobile core network（VoLTE/MSC/HSS/PCRF/EPC）project delivery
2. Work as a technical expert/technical leader/Delivery engineer to support project delivery 
3. Resolve all technical issues in the project

5. Support mobile core network daily maintenance/troubleshooting/optimization/, improving network performance

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree in engineering field, Fluent in English, and able to use English as a daily language.

3. Good delivery and project experience in GSM/UMTS/EPC;
4. Project roll-out, such as on Network Design, technical design &Product commissioning, service implementing and service function test, maintenance etc ;
5. Core network bidding project support, man power cost analysis;
6. Good communication skills and team work characteristics, maintaining good relationships with customers, and be logical and well organized. 
7. Team leader is preferred.
8. Diagnosing difficult problems that normal engineers cannot deal with and make reasonable report to customer and project team.
9. Some travel is expected.

2.   Responsible for cloud system integration design and implementation;
3.   Responsible for disaster recovery and backup solution design and implementation;

Job Description/Responsibilities 

1. OWS（Operation Web Service）Application Development & Management. (OWS Training will be offered.)

2. Act as Back Office leader to support the site's Active maintenance, including BTS, Radio and Optical Transmission equipments.

3. Provide training to site teams for the usage of the developed APPs and the maintenance of the site active equipments.

4. Work with the site teams and the next level support teams to ensure the health check will be done properly and the reported problems will be resolved within SLA.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or Computer.

2. More than 5 years work experience;

3. Have at least 1 year experience in software development or 2 years experience in maintenance for either microwave products or wireless products is advantageous.

Job responsibilties:

1) Test drive and analyze UMTS/LTE/GSM : can use Huawei test drive tool probe or TIMES,NIMO to do test driveand analyze abnormal events ,like call drop ,call setup failure and so on and provide solutions until the abnormal event is solved

2) UMTS/LTE/GSM worse cell analysis : can use Huawei U2000 to get the worse cell data to analyze and provide solutions - like CS/PS Call drop rate ,CS/PS call setup success rate, etc .

3) UMTS/LTE/GSM new site planning (include neighbour ,PCI,PSC,BCCH,BSIC): when the new site on air, can use Huawei tool u-net or other tool to plan the basic parameter.

4) As team leader, need to control project risk and responsible for customer satisfaction

5) As new staff manager, needs transfer skills to new staff and let them quickly grow.

6) Responsible for network radio part optimization

7) Responsible for weekly meeting with customer

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree in engineering field,  fluent in English, able to use English as a daily language.

3. Have the ability to design related solution and deploy.
