Operations Manager Job Responsibilities
Randomly inspecting the stores (F & B / Kitchen) to check the stock in hand (quality, par stock levels, expiry etc) with the F & B Manager & Chef.
Dealing with Suppliers / Vendors for quality products involving Purchase Manager and providing performance assessment of vendors.
Inspecting all departments for SOP implementation.
Inspecting all departments with their respective Manager’s for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running the hotel
Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
Recruiting, training and monitoring staff
Planning work schedules for individuals and teams
Dealing with customer complaints and comments
Conduct regular operations team meeting with HODs to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets and customers’ feedback.
Meet all dept. heads to review & train the staff to upkeep the human capital.
Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development
Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.
Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel.
Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
Qualifications and Skills Required for the Operations Manager Job
Degree in business management, administration or related field
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Working background in hospitality preferred
Experience in overseeing budgets and resources
Experience in selecting and managing industry vendors
PR Account Director Job Key Responsibilities
To work on client accounts with responsibility for ensuring client campaigns are delivered to the highest standard

Sales Executive Job Responsibilities
Undertake research and plan how to increase sales revenue.
Developing new strategies, new innovations and discussing with the supervisor to agree on way forward
Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspection of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are visiting.
Establishing relationships with the clients, maintaining and nurturing business relationships with the existing and new clients with an objective of increasing company revenue
Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements and other relevant documents involved in the sale of property.
Arrange meetings between company, buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
Planning for customers visit, developing customer visit schedules and ultimately taking clients to sites on daily basis or as per the plan
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time
Qualifications for the Sales Executive Job
Business related Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years relevant experience
Proven track record in hitting sales and meeting targets
Should possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
Articulate, well groomed, confident with excellent presentation skills
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
