    Account Manager

    The key responsibilities are:

    • Mapping of new categories, opportunities and new prospects willing to invest in the liquid food industry in East Africa.
    • Identify the opportunities to increase customer profitability for a sustainable and profitable mutual growth.
    • Develop, implement a multi-annual strategic plan concerning a key account and transform it into an annual operational plan, based upon the Market Company strategy and upon the Customer expectations/contributions/strategies and turn it into, according to the Product plans (Packaging, Equipments and Technical Service Products) and the market company.
    • Manage the team of account managers to implement the plan.
    • Propose the annual budget the key account. Responsible for the results reached (Profit and Loss as regards Packaging, Equipment and Services).

    Processing Customer Service Responsible

    The role responsibilites would include:

    • Clearance of all imports to Tetra Pak spare parts and plant components
    • Invoicing administration
    • Shipment dispatch administration / liaise with couriers
    • Liaising with clearing agents
    • Liasing with customers on documentation required for custom clearance
    • Project Coordination
    • Document administration (e.g. Final Invoice, IDF, Duty Computations, Payment vouchers, Entry docs, Packing list, COC, Insurance cover note and the Bill of Lading)
    • Tax computations
    • Liaising with various internal stakeholders - collaboration and planning
    • Adhere to global standards, processes, local and legal requirements for service administration

    Qualifications

    • Relevant commercial bachelors degree
    • 3 years proven experience in logistics co-ordination/administration (imports, exports, shipping administration, forecasting) - ideally in a multinational environment
    • Experience in dealing with clearing agents and custom regulations in East Africa region
    • Good numerical ability
    • Fluent in English - good written & spoken ability
    • High attention to detail and coordination skills

    Maintenance Engineer

    Job Description

    • Ensure factory infrastructure and utilities are maintained according to standards.
    • Ensuring a safe working environment according to statutory and company guidelines.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support technicians in diagnosis of breakdowns related to converting equipment, utilities and restore back the same, within shortest time possible. 
    • Carry out root-cause analysis of the breakdown losses using relevant WCM methodology and tools.
    • From the action plans developed, make follow up for implementation and update maintenance planning schedule.
    • Enrich generated TBM preventive maintenance work orders on utilities and liaise with relevant maintenance process cell leaders on availability of technicians for executions
    • Collect data from technicians/operators and actions from the executed tasks for further follow up, with spares or improvement points on the PM tasks
    • Engage in WCM pillars in improvement teams, tag removal activities, training on in-house work ethics and procedures.
    • Maintenance and updates of technical drawings and manuals library
    • Ensure best practice according to WCM Early Management criteria in capital investment budgeting, planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, training and start-up.
    • Follow-up and advice management on investment costs and payback.
    • Support SHE pillar to implement corrective actions. Ensure company and legal requirements regarding factory safety and environment are met.

    Qualifications

    • Bsc Degree in Electrical & Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project.
    • 1-3years experience of in a similar environment.
