    Admin Officer

    Duties for the Admin Officer Job

    • liaise with third parties to develop marketing and advertising materials and documents.
    • manage inventory of give-aways, promotional items and client gifts
    • assist with coordinating all activities and events of the firm
    • prepare and coordinate customer mailings, requests and concerns
    • set up product promotions and assist management in deliveries.

    Admin Officer Job Qualifications

    Restaurant Chef

    Duties for the Restaurant Chef Job

    • Chefs and head cooks typically do the following:
    • Check freshness of food and ingredients
    • Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers
    • Develop recipes and determine how to present the food
    • Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals
    • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
    • Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
    • Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards
    • use a variety of kitchen and cooking equipment, including step-in coolers, high-quality knives, meat slicers, and grinders.
    • have access to large quantities of meats, spices, and produce.
    • Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers

    Restaurant Chef Job Requirements

    • Diploma in catering or relevant academic qualifications
    • Someone that has trained in mentorship programs, working under the direction of an experienced chef
    • Experience in fine-dining restaurants with an year of training and experience are encouraged to apply.
    • Some chefs and head cooks learn through apprenticeship programs sponsored by professional culinary institutes,
    • Those that entered the occupation through entry-level positions and trained and earned experience,
    • Some postsecondary education programs in the culinary arts is an added advantage.

    Roles for the Unit Managers Job

    • To recruit, train, motivate, develop and manage a sales team of Life Agents.
    • Achieving agency business goals and targets as a Strategic Business Unit under an Agency or Branch.
    • Setting up meetings, preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients – Corporate activations.
    • Providing competitive quotations to prospects to develop business segments and market niche.
    • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with potential existing and former firm clients or the industry.
    • Regular visits and frequent communication with existing clients and prospects to introduce the firm innovative products.
    • Ensuring credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors’ products.

    Unit Managers Job Qualifications

    • Married or a single mother or men preferably above 26 years of age
    • Must have a truck record on performance with at least 2 years’ experience Insurance , Banking or investment Sectors,
    • Must have managed a sales team preferably in financial services industry.
    • Must have cop with an active IRA license.
    • Minimum academics diploma in a Business, Education, Communication or Social Sciences related field are desired plus experience in life assurance.

    Remuneration
    A starting salary from Kshs 70,000.00 will be offered to the candidate with relevant qualifications and experience.
