Senior Fashion Key Account Manager Job Responsibilities

• Handling relationships with new and current Fashion brands & suppliers
• Securing weekly promotion items from the Fashion vendors
• Negotiating costs and payment terms with the fashion vendors.
• Helping brands launch new products
• Monitoring stock levels and planning the purchasing policy well in advance.
• Have an accurate knowledge of competition: who they are, what prices they have and their products.
• Analyzing consumer buying behavior and predicting future trends.
• Attending trade fairs / events and sourcing for new products.
• Producing Monthly sales reports.

Responsibilities for the Payroll Accountant Job

The role of the payroll accountant will include handling all matters relating to payroll including the End to end processing of company payrolls such as:

• Accurately maintaining multiple payroll accounts across several ventures
• Ensuring payroll is processed in a timely manner
• Calculating salaries and overtime
• Updating details of new hires and terminations in payroll system
• Handling all statutory filings arising from the payroll- PAYE, NSSF, NHIF e.t.c
• Reconciling payroll account balances
• Maintenance of the payroll system
• Updating and maintaining payroll records
• Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries

Qualifications for the Payroll Accountant Job

• CPA / ACCA qualified
• At least 2 years’ and above experience in a similar position

Responsible for the design and generation of all organizational reports using reporting platforms such as Ms Excel, VBA and SQL in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities for the Business Intelligence Associate Job

• Responsible for using data to figure out market and business trends to aid in enhancing organizational efficiencies;
• Develop, prepare and maintain various data reporting tools (i.e. databases, report structures) pertaining to different organizational activities;
• Perform operational analysis and data mining to find significant data trends and interpret results;
• Perform predictive analysis to determine probable outcomes or likelihood of events utilizing information from a known data set;
• Perform closed-loop analysis to provide data that will be used to improve the quality and performance of products and processes, both in the day-to-day operations and long-term business strategies;
• Communicate any significant findings to management or cross-functional business partners as needed.
• Creation of standard re-occurring (i.e. weekly, daily) reports for management;
• Perform ad hoc report requests in an effective and efficient manner.
• Works closely with departmental heads to understand the report purpose in order to ensure that the report is appropriate;
