The successful candidates will have the following qualifications and abilities:

• An Engineering degree - 2^nd Class upper degree from a recognized university.
• Projects Management Qualifications – degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
• Minimum five years' work experience, three of which must be in a Consulting Firm with responsibility for project implementation, supervision or management.
• A proven record in contracts management with good negotiation skills.
• A driver's license and basic computer skills.
• Possession of MS Project skills and Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
• Integrity, hard work ethic and good presentation skills.

Reporting to a Department Manager, the Project Engineer will be expected to prepare tender bids, negotiate contracts, prepare project implementation schedules and report, and communicate with all project stakeholders.

• A proven sales record with good customer service skills.
• A driver's license and basic computer skills.
• Broad knowledge of Irrigations systems and equipment.
• Integrity, hard work ethic and good presentation skills.

Reporting to a line executive, the Irrigation Manager will be expected to develop a strategic and operational plan for the function, meet the agreed budgets, achieve the set goals and position the Company as a key player in the Irrigation Equipment sector in the region.
