    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    The overall responsibility of the position is to ensure a link between the company and its clients, ensuring better service delivery, efficient operations and growth in general sales of company products.

    Successful candidate(s) will be exposed/trained in all company operations to achieve an all-round growth for effective performance in the role.

    Sales Executive Job Responsibilities

    • Business Development: Support in increasing profitability of company and develop/maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Sales: Actively seeking new accounts and representing the company to potential customers
    • Stock management: Ensuring that there is a zero stock loss and reporting thereof
    • Quality Management: Ensuring the services offered to clients are up to expected standards.
    • Reports Management: compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management.
    • Administrative support in general sales for the company products
    • Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time by management

    Qualifications for the Sales Executive Job

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, or any other related courses from a recognized institution
      Proactive
    • Experience with MS Dynamics Navision will be an added advantage
    • Prior exposure in tyre industry will be an added advantage.
    • Good Customer Service Skills

    Technical Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    The overall responsibility of the position is to ensure a link between the company and its clients in better and technical service delivery, solid and reliable technical advice and of growth sales of Company products.

    Successful candidate(s) will be exposed/trained in all company operations to achieve an all-round growth for effective performance in the role.

    Sales Representative Job Responsibilities

    • Technical Services: Maintenance of electromechanical equipments, handling of company products and services, managing and running of TMS, overseeing control checks, products and service trainings among others.
    • Sales: Actively seeking new accounts and representing the company to potential customers
    • Service Charters: Creating Vehicle Service plans and coordinating with other service centres.
    • Quality Management: Ensuring the services offered to clients are up to expected standards and processing claims.
    • Reports Management: Compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management.
    • Company representation: Maintaining a professional image for the company at all times.
    • Customer satisfaction: Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time by management

    Qualifications for the Sales Representative Job

    • Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution
      Proactive
    • Experience with MS Dynamics Navision will be an added advantage
    • At least 1-2 years of prior exposure in battery and tyre/automotive industry with good understanding of the industry will be an added advantage.
    • Good Customer Service Skills
