The successful candidate should have Agency Experience and excellent communication skills. Previous website and social media management experience is a MUST. International exposure is a plus! One must also be able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain social media presence across a number of different businesses and sector types.
• Maintain client’s websites with a view to ensuring optimised SEO
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any other related field
• Must have more than 2 years’ relevant experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Must be tech-savvy, familiar with social media trends and able to maintain website backend.
• Must have budget management skills
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be well presentable and articulate.
• Must pay close attention to detail.
• Previous international exposure a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
• Degree in Computer Science or IT related course.
• Write “clean”, well-designed code
• Must have worked as a Software developer previously.
• Extremely motivated to receive and provide feedback
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Obsessed with tackling challenges end to end and learning new skills
• Ready to develop, coach, and lead future team members
• Passionate about establishing good dev. practices and crafting great applications
• Enter conversations with strong opinions, weakly held
Qualifications:
• 6+ years’ experience in software development
• 2+ years’ experience with Java
• Experience on Java, CSS/HTML/JS, infrastructure, deployment strategies, caching, etc.
• Working on sites with millions of page views per day, load testing, scaling
• Build reusable, clean code with performance and simplicity in mind.
• Energised by tight deadlines and a fast-moving start up environment
• Keenness to improve the team’s product, QA and deployment process
