    Customer Success Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Drive customer success outcomes by Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
    • Enhance business growth and development.
    • Continuous improvement of the service by learning the best practices in the market.
    • Ability to study and define customer cycle.
    • Manage customer success by offering professional services and cross and upsell.
    • Developing metrics to Measure Effectiveness of Customer Success.
    • Manage customer success team by recruitment, mentoring and coaching and empowering the team.
    • Well adverse with technology by ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in various support system.
    • In-charge of customer success across the company by creating company –wide feedback loop.

    Required Experience / Skills:

    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree; preference for computer science, Business Management and Business Administration  or any  related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in leading customer-facing organizations preferably Insurance industry or financial Institutions or services Industry.
    • Customer support and account management experience, especially in high-growth, software-as-service (SaaS) environments
    • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
    • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
    • Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience
    • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
    • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
    • Analytical and process-oriented mindset

    Digital Marketing Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership to digital team by recruiting, mentoring and coaching the team.
    • Develop a corporate business marketing strategy.
    • Establish strong social media footprint by using various platforms.
    • Establish and maintain good relationship with various stakeholders.
    • Ensure the brand visibility and good public relations.
    • Business acquisition through digital marketing both local and internationally level.
    • Continuous monitoring of the various marketing activities to ensure investment is flowing to the most impactful activities.
    • Develop and implement integrated marketing plan (including strategic partnerships) to deliver objectives and constantly refine plan based on performance
    • Identify optimal marketing vehicles (including partnerships) to reach high potential SMEs and develop attractive offers to close them.

    Required Experience and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, communication or PR or any business related course.
    • 3 -5 years of experience working as a digital Marketing manager preferably in  digital marketing agencies  or Public relation industry or advertising company.
    • Well versed in developing and executing emails and SMS marketing programs.
    • Deep expertise in managing social media “Google AdWords Certified” is an added advantage.
    • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
    • Background in developing and executing traditional marketing vehicles a strong asset – TV and radio.
    • Ability to run online campaigns.
    • Experience in S.E.O (google) Marketing.
    • Good leadership skills and strategic thinker.
    • Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
