    Front End Controllers

    Front-end controllers are exclusively trained to manage all activities pertaining to the front-end/ check out (till) area of retailers in particular.
    Their main focus is to prevent any form of irregularity at the till points, kiosk counters and parcel counters.

    Requirements

    • A Diploma in any relevant field

    Loss Control Manager

    The primary function of the Loss Control Manager is to manage and oversee activities of the Loss Control Department to ensure the company’s mission statement is maintained.

    The Loss Control Manager will monitor industry and company trends relating to frequency and severity of claims and to develop and implement corresponding action plans.

    The goal is to maintain a better than industry average loss experience by applying a proactive safety program on an individual insured level and overall company level.

    Camera Room Operators

    Camera room operators are highly trained personnel that operate the close circuit television system in large retail stores or businesses.
    The operators are part of the management team of a business, and are able to collect crucial information as an objective outsider, not only about irregularities committed by customers and staff, but also administrative errors or neglected company policy by staff members, that could contribute to company losses.

    Inventory Double Checkers
