    Duties for the Sales & Marketing Executive Job

    • Develop, implement and manage the brand image and message that is consistent with our mission, vision and value statement.
    • Monitor and improve the brand image and message periodically to ensure consistency but necessary change with the market requirement.
    • Organize and participate in events to publicize and create awareness of the college; career fares, conferences, career days in schools etc
    • Develop adverts that can be placed in different media to create awareness
    • Sign up and register new students; follow up on interested students and maintain a database of potential students and converted students.
    • Ensure the marketing mix is updated with the brand image and message of the time.
    • Build brand reputation and brand quality within the market to increase market share and brand loyalty constantly.
    • Regularly train all members of staff on what our brand stands for, the importance and how to manage brand reputation, brand quality and brand loyalty.
    • Increase brand value steadily to strengthen our brand awareness.

    Sales & Marketing Executive Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing or other relevant business related field.

    Laboratory Technicians

    Duties for the Laboratory Technicians Job

    • Liaising with academic staff to discuss timetables, equipment requirements and work plans;
    • running trials of experiments prior to classes and then demonstrating techniques for experiments;
    • preparing equipment and chemicals before lessons from test tubes to state-of-theart microscopes;
    • maintaining and repairing equipment and laboratory apparatus;

    • Good clinical and laboratory practices training.
    • Strong practical and organizational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
    • Communication and team working skills with the ability to cope with competing demands

    • Training, supervising and assessing students in both the classroom and clinical setup.
    • Guiding, coaching and counseling students.

    College Accountants

    • Overseeing the accounting function in the college
    • Preparation of timely monthly management accounts and reports
    • Preparing the annual report and financial statements and coordinating with the external auditors on the annual audit

    College Registrar

    The registrar reports to the Principal. The individual will be responsible for the supervision and management of all administrative and operational functions in the college. The college registrar will oversee and manage the record of all students including aspects such as enrolment, academic records, financial records, class schedules and examinations.

    Duties for the College Registrar Job

    • Organize and administer admissions, registration, examinations process, graduation functions, including transcript and certificate evaluations
    • Managing the preparation of the Academic Course Sequences and Regulations, timetable, as well as coordination of college examinations.
    • Managing the collection, recording, maintaining and reporting of student records within the college guidelines.
    • Maintain communication with college students on academic matters.
    • Collaborating with management, deans, faculty, IT and career counsellors to facilitate and improve services to students, including student catalogue and registration policy questions.
    • Participate and serve as a member of the Admissions Committee, Senate and other committees related to the Academic Affairs division.
    • In consultation with the BDM, develop new academic programs.

    • Must possess a master’s degree in Business Administration, Education management, Economics, Social sciences or related field
    • Must possess a first degree in education
    • Must have at least three (4) years’ work experience in a higher education institution
    • Experience in leading and managing a team or department
    • Proficient in the use of ICT.
    • Possess high sense of integrity and confidentiality.
