    Sales & Marketing Executive

    Duties for the Sales & Marketing Executive Job

    • Develop, implement and manage the brand image and message that is consistent with our mission, vision and value statement.
    • Monitor and improve the brand image and message periodically to ensure consistency but necessary change with the market requirement.
    • Organize and participate in events to publicize and create awareness of the college; career fares, conferences, career days in schools etc
    • Develop adverts that can be placed in different media to create awareness
    • Sign up and register new students; follow up on interested students and maintain a database of potential students and converted students.
    • Ensure the marketing mix is updated with the brand image and message of the time.
    • Build brand reputation and brand quality within the market to increase market share and brand loyalty constantly.
    • Regularly train all members of staff on what our brand stands for, the importance and how to manage brand reputation, brand quality and brand loyalty.
    • Increase brand value steadily to strengthen our brand awareness.
    • Ensuring community engagement: work to empower and increase family and community engagement by organizing school-wide community events, promoting open communication

    Sales & Marketing Executive Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing or other relevant business related field.
    • Minimum of 13 years of related work experience.
    • Training Quality Healthcare Professionals
    • Ability to communicate clearly, read and write effectively; in English and locally spoken languages.
    • Excellent computer skills MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access
    • Ability to work in a multi-gender, multi-national work team; whilst displaying particular sensitivity towards cultural and ethnic differences.
    • Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills.
    • Ability to understand, interpret and anticipate operating environment
    • Pleasant personality, self-driven, team player.
    • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

    Laboratory Technicians - 2 positions

    Duties for the Laboratory Technicians Job

    • Liaising with academic staff to discuss timetables, equipment requirements and work plans;
    • running trials of experiments prior to classes and then demonstrating techniques for experiments;
    • preparing equipment and chemicals before lessons from test tubes to state-of-theart microscopes;
    • maintaining and repairing equipment and laboratory apparatus;

    • record keeping, e.g. for students’ practical sessions, tracking methods, results, etc;
    • ensuring that equipment is properly cleaned and that chemicals, drugs and other materials are
    • appropriately stored;
    • cataloguing recordings and making them available when requested
    • supporting the work of teachers in classes and laboratory sessions and giving technical advice to staff and students;
    • working with individual students and supporting them on research projects;
    • managing the stock control of chemicals and equipment;

    Laboratory Technicians Job Requirements

    • Should have a Degree/Diploma in Laboratory Sciences
    • Must be registered with KLMTTB
    • At least 3 Years working experience in the relevant field
    • Excellent Analytical skills, scientific and technical knowledge and good IT skills
    • Good clinical and laboratory practices training.
    • Strong practical and organizational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
    • Communication and team working skills with the ability to cope with competing demands
    • Good interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalism and ethics
    • Should be able to work under minimum supervision

    Duties for the Nurse Job

    • Training, supervising and assessing students in both the classroom and clinical setup.
    • Guiding, coaching and counseling students.
    • Participating in curriculum development and review.
    • Setting, moderating, administering and marking examinations.
    • Establishing and maintaining proper students’ records throughout training.
    • Developing and participating in research projects
    • Organizing and participating in the schools social events.

    Nurse Job Qualifications

    • Bachelors or diploma in Nursing or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.
    • At-least two (4) years post qualification experience; with some teaching experience.
    • Have knowledge of laws and regulations governing nursing practices in Kenya.
    • Have high ethical standards in conducting his/her duties.
    • Registered by Nursing Council of Kenya with a valid practicing license.
    • Be proficient in guiding and counselling patients.
    • Demonstrate knowledge in handling safety equipment in a health unit.

    College Accountants

    Duties for the College Accountants Job

    • Overseeing the accounting function in the college
    • Preparation of timely monthly management accounts and reports
    • Preparing the annual report and financial statements and coordinating with the external auditors on the annual audit
    • Ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements and the fiscal laws of Kenya
    • Maintaining debtors and creditors records
    • Participating in the review and development of sound financial policies, procedures and systems
    • Participating in preparation of budgets and budgetary controls Financial forecasting

    College Accountants Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounts or Finance with a CPA (K), ACCA or equivalent professional qualification

    • Excellent IT skills particularly in Excel and Access, with hands on experience in computerized accounting packages (Pastel, Sun Accounts, Quickbooks).

    College Registrar

    The registrar reports to the Principal. The individual will be responsible for the supervision and management of all administrative and operational functions in the college. The college registrar will oversee and manage the record of all students including aspects such as enrolment, academic records, financial records, class schedules and examinations.

    Duties for the College Registrar Job

    • Organize and administer admissions, registration, examinations process, graduation functions, including transcript and certificate evaluations
    • Managing the preparation of the Academic Course Sequences and Regulations, timetable, as well as coordination of college examinations.
    • Managing the collection, recording, maintaining and reporting of student records within the college guidelines.
    • Maintain communication with college students on academic matters.
    • Collaborating with management, deans, faculty, IT and career counsellors to facilitate and improve services to students, including student catalogue and registration policy questions.
    • Participate and serve as a member of the Admissions Committee, Senate and other committees related to the Academic Affairs division.
    • In consultation with the BDM, develop new academic programs.
    • Managing of the academic calendar and college examinations.
    • Ensure Quality assurance and Research.

    College Registrar Job Qualifications

    • Must possess a master’s degree in Business Administration, Education management, Economics, Social sciences or related field
    • Must possess a first degree in education
    • Must have at least three (4) years’ work experience in a higher education institution
    • Experience in leading and managing a team or department
    • Proficient in the use of ICT.
    • Possess high sense of integrity and confidentiality.
    • Pleasant personality, self-driven
    • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
