Operator UHT Packing Job Responsibilities

• Ensure packaging code changes are correctly managed and authorized.
• Operate the UHT packing from packaging and product coordination through to palletized product in accordance with customer specifications and the production manual to maximize the quality and achievement of agreed productivity.
• Ensure product meets required specifications.
• Manage product sampling requirements.
• Carry any other responsibilities as may be reasonably required and requested from time to time in the interests of the Company.

Qualifications for the Operator UHT Packing Job

• Hands on Experience in UHT Packing
• At least 5years In UHT/Milk/Sterilization.
• Experience in Dairy/Beverage/FMCG industry is an added advantage.

Shift Supervisor Responsibilities

• To assist in the achievement of & improvement of standard utilization of UHT packaging in the area.
• Ensure good communications are maintained within area / shift and across all departments. Communications also required to external suppliers, auditors & customers, these too need to be good, professional & representative of the Company standards.
• To assist in ensuring good hygiene and housekeeping practices are maintained at all times in area.
• In addition, you may be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity which the Company may reasonably require.

Qualifications for the Shift Supervisor

• Degree or Diploma in DairyTech/Food Tech.
• Minimum 5years In UHT/Aseptic processing &Packing.
• Experience in Dairy/Beverage/FMCG industry is an added advantage.

Operator Palletizer Job Responsibilities

• Observes packages moving along conveyor, to identify packages and to detect defective packaging.
• May keep record of production and equipment performance.
• Controls automatic palletizing equipment to sort, transfer, and stack on pallets containers of finished products: Reads production and delivery schedules and stacking pattern to determine sorting and transfer procedures, arrangement of packages on pallet, and destination of loaded pallet.
• Turns selector switch on palletizer to control stacking arrangement of packages on pallet and to transfer loaded pallet to storage or delivery platform.
• Informs supervisor of equipment malfunction.
• In addition, you may be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity which the Company may reasonably require.

Qualifications for  Operator Palletizer

• Diploma in mechanical or electrical.
• At least 5years hands on experience in palletizer(Bottle Line)
• Experience in dairy/Beverage/Bottling/FMCG industry is an added advantage.

Quality Assurance- Line Technician Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-operation checks which include proper cleaning and reporting any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance department.
• Perform Quality Assurance checks by enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices, safety policies and all other food safety programs.
• Take the temperature of all coolers and freezers and calibrate all thermometers on a regular basis.
• Perform quality checks as product is produced (visual checks, weights and size) to ensure that each product meets specification.
• Assist/perform monthly safety checks.
• In addition, you may be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity which the Company may reasonably require.

Qualifications for Quality Assurance- Line Technician

• Post Graduate degree in Dairy Tech/Food Tech/Dairy Micro/Dairy Chem
• At least 5years UHT/Aseptic Teasting/Processing/Fruit Pulp/Sugar & Packing.
• Experience in Dairy/Beverage/FMCG industry is an added advantage.

Instrument Technician Job Responsibilities

• participate in installing and maintaining electrical control systems and instrumentation systems including electronics, programmable controllers, telecommunications, meters, generators, transmitters, hydraulics, pneumatics and a variety of other systems
• Reassembles instruments and replaces instruments in system, using hand tools.
• Lubricates instruments and replaces defective wiring and tubing.
• Removes defective instruments from system, decontaminates, and cleans instruments, and replaces defective parts, using hand tools.
• In addition, you may be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity which the Company may reasonably require.

Qualifications for the Instrument Technician Job

• Diploma in Instrumentation
• Minimum 5 Years hands on experience in Instrumentation and Trouble shooting
• Experience in dairy, food, beverage, FMCG it’s a must.
