    Customer Care

    Our client in a dairy industry is seeking to hire a customer care personnel to join their dedicated team.

    Job Responsibilities 

    • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    • Answers incoming customer calls regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
    • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
    • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
    • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
    • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and winning back frustrated clients.

    Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma in customer care/marketing/administration/public relations.
    • Minimum 5 years working experience as Customer Care.

    Legal Associate

    Our client, a Law firm is seeking  to recruit an Associate  to join their aggressive team

    Job Responsibilities

    • Litigation on insurance claims, i.e. injury, material damage and recoveries
    • Negotiating settlements out of court
    • Giving legal advice to various Departments of the Company dealing with legal issues
    • Drafting, vetting and approving legal documents
    • Assisting in debt recovery
    • following up with witnesses for cases filed in court
    • Attending court as and when required by lawyers
    • Liaising with the external Advocates on cases filed in court
    • Researching on legal cases for purposes of processing claims
    • Reviewing and assessing Third Party Claims

    Security Manager

    Salary: Gross 40,000

    Our Client in the real Estate industry is urgently seeking to recruit Security manager to join their dedicated team in Nairobi.

    Security Manager Job Responsibilities 

    • Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
    • Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards.
    • Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.
    • Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law.
    • Supervises and reviews initial incident investigations and promote timely responses for all reported incidents.
    • Assists with promotion and implementation of accident and fire prevention procedures.
    • Follows up on all unusual activities in and around the property that would impair the wellbeing of guests and employees.
    • Handles complaints, settles disputes, and resolves grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiates with others.
    • Promotes action plans to monitor and control risk.
    • Assists with the claims process and protects company assets by closely monitoring the General Liability and Worker’s Compensation cases.
    • Works closely with Meeting Planners to facilitate a successful and safe experience for guests. Assists in conducting hazard and risk assessments at the property to include quarterly OSHA/SAFETY

    Qualifications

    • Diploma in Criminology.
    • Training Certificate in line with career.
    • Minimum five (5) years’ experience.
    • Experience marketing security service and tendering (this is very key)
