Requirements

• Served for a minimum of three (3) years as Superintending Geologist I or comparable and relevant position in public service
• Bachelor degree in any of the following fields: Geology, Engineering geology, physics, geophysics, geoscience, environmental geology or equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution
• Registered with geologists registration Board of Kenya and a member of Geological Society of Kenya

Job Responsibilities

• Supervising and controlling of all roads works in a constituency as assigned
• Assisting in selection and location of suitable materials for road works
• Preparing and maintaining master rolls, pay sheets, stores ledger, tools and plant ledgers, log sheets & tickets, daily activity cards and any other record and;
• Preparing work programmes in liaison with Sub- County works Officers.

Requirements

• A diploma in civil Engineering from a recognized institution
• Any past experience in road inspection will be an added advantage

• Analyzing Supply Chain Management structures and system’s; determining and proposing methods and strategies of handling the Supply Chain Management function;
• Initiating and developing Supply Chain Management policies; and performance improvement strategies that are adaptive to the changing environment and technology
• Coordinate development of strategic plans for the Directorate of Supply Chain Management
• Implementation of Public Procurement and Assets Disposal Act; 2015 and other statues, rules and regulations and ensuring adherence to the laid down procedures, rules and regulations;
• Analyzing the impact of Supply Chain Management policies, rules and regulations;
• Advising the Accounting Officer on Supply Chain Management matters,
• Ensuring high professional Supply Chain Management standard assisting in procurement planning and budget preparation;
• Advising the county Government on Supply Chain Management matters, and
• Interpreting of other laws and statutes that relates to Supply Chain Management

Requirements

• Served in the grade, of Assistant Director/Supply- “Chain Management Services or in a comparable and relevant position ‘in the Public Service for a minimum period of three (3) years;
• A Diploma in Supplies ‘Management or its approved equivalent from a recognized. Institution;
• Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following:- Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Procurement and Supply Management, Marketing’ or their equivalent qualification &from a recognized institution;
• A Master’s Degree in ‘any of the following:- Procurement and Supply Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other relevant field from a recognized institution
• Member of a recognized SCM professional body

Responsibilities

• Facilitating trade promotion activities within and outside the County
• Undertaking market survey, profiling and market intelligence surveys for intra – county and inter-county trade development and partnerships
• Providing consultancy and extension services on trade issues
• Participating in the initial drafting of county trade development policies
• Assisting in drafting of trade agreements
• Responding to public complaints or customer care issues related to trade in the county
• Monitoring and analyzing trade practices within and outside the county

Responsibilities

• Offer enforcement support to the Revenue Officers in the designated Sub – Counties
• Do spot checks to revenue collection points and markets
• Ensure there is total integrity in the sub county by continuously educating the general Public on the benefits of revenue
• Do impromptu record checks and rapid checks on revenue collection records (Inspection of revenue collection)
• Ensure safety of the officers working in the Sub – County

Job Requirement

• Diploma in any of the following; Business management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Records Management or any other relevant qualification from recognized institution
