    HR Manager

    Job Purpose

    This position’s primary responsibility is to provide leadership and technical support in Human Resources Management, and advice the management on HR matters, their implications and impact to business.

    Responsibilities

    • Formulating and aligning the human resource strategies to the organizational strategy
    • Continually reviewing and implementing HR policies & procedures
    • Ensure the company is fully compliant with the relevant employment laws
    • Develop, implement & monitor HR budgets
    • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process
    • Develop, implement and continuously review performance management programs
    • Support with conducting training needs analysis for the organization
    • Performance Management
    • Human resource planning & succession management
    • Administer all employee benefits and payroll requirements in line with the company & employment laws of Kenya

    Job Qualifications

    • 4 Years’ experience In a managerial role
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any relevant field from a recognized institution
    • MBA
    • Member of the IHRM(K), current practicing certificate
    • 3 Years proven working experience in management
    • Demonstrate experience with human resources metrics
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

    Tech Products Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Act as a communication link between business and technical sides of the business
    • Manage requirements gathering and write the technical and functional specs of envisioned software and systems.
    • Craft and maintain development plans and associated user stories that clearly define functionality or feature targets and acceptance criteria
    • Define resources and schedule for project/program implementation.
    • Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals and milestones.
    • Communicate feature status regularly with internal and external partners and management, ensuring that issues are appropriately called out to keep delivery on track
    • Identify risk and mitigation opportunities and contingency planning relating to project scope, schedule, and resources
    • Enhance existing software and systems by analyzing business objectives preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
    • Present reports defining tech projects progress, problems and solutions.
    • Lead the development team in product delivery by prioritizing production.

    Job Qualifications

    • At least 5 years’ experience in the relevant field.
    • Bachelor’s degree in BBIT, Computer science, project management or other related field
    • Strong familiarity with project management software and issue tracking software such as ASANA, JIRA, Redmine or equivalent.

    • Demonstrated ability to gather and turn business requirements into technical requirements and scope projects
    • Organized with keen attention to detail
    • Ability to lead a team, mentor others in technical execution and project management

    Applications Developer

    Responsibilities

    • Develop in-house web based applications by using efficient, reusable and reliable code
    • Quality assurance (lead testing, performance testing, user testing)
    • Enhance existing software and systems by analyzing business objectives preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
    • Maintain the applications including operating systems platform, web server and databases
    • Integrate data storage solutions
    • Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing applications by Identifying bottlenecks, bugs

    Job Qualifications

    • Degree in computer science or similar.
    • Experience in database administration/ development (SQL server, Oracle, or both).
    • 3 to 5 years’ experience in client facing web applications.
    • Experience in server administration on windows or Linux server, or both.
    • Experience in web development in .net and/or php
    • Html or equivalent web development.

    Data Analyst

    Purpose

    We are looking for someone who can deliver value to the companies by taking data, using it to answer questions, and communicating the results to help make business decisions.

    Responsibilities

    • Cleaning and organizing raw data.
    • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
    • Analyzing interesting trends found in the data.
    • Creating visualizations and dashboards to help the company interpret and make decisions with the data.
    • Presenting the results of a technical analysis to business clients or internal teams.
    • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.

    Job Requirements

    • Proven working experience as a business data analyst
    • BSc in Computer Science, Information Management Systems or Statistics
    • Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
    • Coding knowledge and experience with several languages: C, C++, Java, is preferred
