Purpose of the position
Client Success analysts will form part of a group of resources assigned to support our clients, and will have the opportunity to gain skills and experience cross functionally in both business (requirements and design) and technical (data and software configuration) areas. The role is integral to our client team and directly supports implementation of our Client Solutions. This role will support the business from initial design of business requirements through product configuration, data analytics and flow development, through to release, implementation, and transition to ongoing support.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent analytical skills and can break down complex issues into simplified problem statements. He or she should also have the ability to lay out objective approaches to identify and compare the merits of competing solutions based on universal best practices and evidence-based standards.
Key accountabilities for the role include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with daily collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to identify underlying business needs and questions that require actionable insight to support data driven decisions;
- Conducting research and interviews with stakeholders to understand needs and questions;
- Collaborating with clients to translate business needs and questions into user requirements;
- Consolidating user requirements and gaining consensus from stakeholders;
- Translating business requirements into technical requirements, and conducting fit/gap analyses with existing solution capabilities, identifying and prioritizing demand for new features;
- Supporting the exploration and organization of multiple disparate datasets so that the data can be effectively analysed and insights provided to clients;
- Conducting in-depth analysis of public health data through the examination of complex data relationships;
- Annotating data through qualitative review;
- Developing comprehensive statistical and analytic reports of findings;
- Configuring solutions and complete data ingestion activities (defining and developing data pipeline, quality control processes, extraction/import routines, etc);
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Science or equivalent
Experience And Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a business or technical analyst;
- Strong baseline skills in mathematics and/or statistical analysis;
- Exposure and limited experience in client engagement and stakeholder relationship management;
- Exposure to solving complex data problems;
- Ability to work across both technical and business analyst portfolios;
- Ability to perform root cause analysis;
- Ability to understand the end user requirements and translate accordingly;
- Ability to write business requirement documents and present;
- Data warehouse and data storage knowledge;

Purpose of the position
The Senior Technical Analyst takes responsibility for delivering the technical (data and software configuration) activities, during implementation of our Vantage analytics solution. The role guides day to day activities of analysts assigned to projects. The role is responsible for mentoring and coaching analysts on best practice analyst skills. The Senior Technical Analyst oversees the system and user testing process, and then coordinates with Support Services to ensure that system and user administration and configuration knowledge is effectively transferred.
Key accountabilities for the role include but are not limited to:
- Lead the translation of business requirements into technical requirements, and lead the fit/gap analysis to assess existing solution capabilities, identifying and prioritizing demand for new features
- Oversee the development of custom capabilities required by the client managing the relationship with the product development or data engineering teams
- Translate the processes for mapping decision making requirements to specific actions and high-level flow into the supporting data chain technical requirements
- Design, define, and lead the development of QA and QC processes that serve as part of the data value chain development
- Participate in internal and client facing kick-off meetings to plan key milestones/meetings, confirm deliverable expectations, and clarify contractual obligations
- Lead the profiling, exploration and organization of multiple disparate datasets so that the data can be effectively analyzed and insights provided to clients
- Configure solution and complete data ingestion activities (defining and developing data pipeline, quality control processes, extraction/import routines, etc)
- Define and execute testing processes to enable effective implementation go-live
- Lead the technical release process with the associated system and user administration set up
- Lead the knowledge transfer to ensure that support for clients and transition to effective support services is effective during the immediate post launch period
- Provide ongoing support for business as usual technical QA and QC processes
- Lead significant operational data change requirements and processes to manage technical adaptations to the system
- Mentor and coach analysts within project teams and across Client Delivery in developing technical analyst skills, including internal training sessions, and induction processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Science or equivalent
Experience And Skills
- 4+ years of analyst experience, primarily as a Senior technical analyst in a global, matrixed organisation
- Strong baseline skills in mathematics and/or statistical analysis
- Strong experience in technical and data developments
- Significant experience in solving complex data problems
- Ability to work across both technical and business analyst portfolios
- Advanced data processing, management, and associated technical skills
