    Chief Technology Officer

    • Work experience with a multinational that deals in Technology development.
    • Preferably 10-15 years’ work experience
    • Prior expertise in leading a team of developers/engineers at a management level and is now looking for the next move upwards. Proven track record of managing teams is a must
    • Proven track record of managing and executing on projects. This is also a must and evidence of the same is required

    Territory Leader

    Our Client in the FMCG Industry seeks to recruit a Territory Leader. He/she will be responsible for guiding the sales force to achieve respective route targets both Volume and Numeric Distribution.

    • Provide on -ground supervision and ensure the Territory Sales Representative within assigned territory visits all listed outlets and effect 100% journey plan compliance.
    • Liaise with Marketing Manager and assist in the execution of the merchandising and promotional activities as per approved plans in assigned territory.
    • Create value adding marketing/ business relationships, within the territory clients by resolving customer concerns and feedback.
    • Collect information on market intelligence, analyze market competition within the territory and prepare reports on market trends, competitor to support decision making.
    • Ensure adequate product listings and product visibility in outlets and monitoring brand trade performance through client call cycle schedules.
    • Assist any Company regional budgeting activity assigned and drawing up of budgets for market activity recommendation.
    • Supervise, motivate and develop the territory Sales and Distribution Representatives assigned in their areas to ensure maximum returns for the business.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor degree in a business-related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years in sales and distribution within the FMCG Industry.
    • Working knowledge in the respective area will be an added advantage.
    • Possession of a clean and valid driving license.
    • Practical experience in use of MS packages.
