The administrative secretary will be responsible for conducting a number of jobs, typically in an office setting and acting as a personal assistant to the Managing Director. They will type reports, maintain office records and invoicing, and may handle accounts payable. They will also be responsible for scheduling meetings and maintaining work calendars for the Managing Director. They answer phones and help coordinate requests for supervisors.
