    Institutional Sales Executive

    Job Description

    Sales Executive will sell to Institutions and HORECA and will be tasked to develop new business, and manage the relationship with the customers by offering exemplary customer service.

    Salary: 70 – 80K plus commissions

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve increase in number of HORECA accounts and brand visibility of company products
    • Monitor sales in the market to ensure targets and objectives are met
    • Ensure optimal availability of products over long and short term
    • Ensure Route to Market & Territory Management optimization
    • Development of strong customer relationships
    • Ensure cash collection as per agreed terms with customers (work and communicate closely with Finance department)
    • Maintain accurate records of all HORECA sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory
    • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
    • Prepare regular reports and analysis on Institutional Channel sales.

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor in Business, Sales & Marketing or related field
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales, having successfully delivered on KPIs (HORECA exposure)
    • Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and lead a team
    • Good knowledge of channel structure and opportunities
    • Experience working with Hospitals, Hotels, Restaurants, etc i.e. industry channels
    • IT, budget and report writing skills
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and ‘people skills’
    • Good planning and organizational skills
    • The ability to work calmly under pressure
    • Commitment to achieving high performance levels

    Assistant Packhouse Manager

    Job Description

    The Assistant Packhouse Manager will be tasked with ensuring smooth running of all processes in the pack house to meet the overall production targets, international export requirement and objectives of the company.

    Industry: Exporters of Fresh produce

    Salary: 60 – 70K

    Responsibilities

    • Planning and allocating of staff duties i.e. allocate task and set production target to ensure timely and accurate completion of timely targets.
    • Prepare the plan order and receive the material as per plan order
    • Meet quality targets through adherence of established operational methods and workplace standards
    • Involved in the training of new staff members when they join the pack house or organization.
    • Ensure effective and efficient utilization of material to avoid wastage
    • Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to
    • Maintain production equipment so as to reduce breakdown and ensure good working order
    • Conducting regular scheduled performance reviews of the staff reporting to him as per organization’s policy.
    • Conducting daily and regular quality checkups to ensure the pack house is in the right order at all times.
    • Supervise and coordinate production & mold changeover, shutdown, monitoring of daily preventive maintenance
    • Preparing daily reports regarding labour and job accomplished.
    • Maintain up to date production record

    Qualifications 

    • Diploma/Degree in Food Science & Technology, or equivalent
    • Must have 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Packhouse Manager in a packhouse that deals with  fresh produce such as: broccoli, sugar snaps, peas, baby carrots etc.
    • Strong planning and execution skills
    • Leadership with maturity and high emotional intelligence
    • Critical thinker with ability to preempt needs
    • Ability to analyze, communicate, manage and prioritize multiple technical issues
    • Computer literacy
    • Have Proven technical aptitude, leading from the front.
    • Approachable and have a strong Business acumen
