    Cook

    The Cook will be responsible to the Executive Chef.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare recipes and provide guide on methods of cooking;
    • Food preparation and presentation;
    • Assist in Mis-en-place; and
    • Ensure that all sections in the kitchen are organized and clean.

    Qualifications

    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C-(minus);
    • A Diploma in food production from a recognized institution;
    • A Food handlers certificate from the city council of Nairobi; and
    • Relevant working experience

    ICT Programmers

    The ICT Programmer will be responsible to the Deputy Director E-learning

    Responsibilities

    • Develop interactive learning games
    • Create new applications
    • Maintain existing applications
    • Develop data visualization and presentation techniques
    • Create code that meets system standards.

    Qualifications

    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C-(minus)
    • Diploma in Information Communication Technology (ICT) from a recognized Institution; Relevant Experience in programming interactive learning games;
    • Ability to apply technical standards, principles and techniques in ICT;
    • Demonstrated problem solving capabilities; and
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Relevant working experience.

    Graphic Designer

    The Graphic designer will be responsible to the Assistant Director, Print & Publications.

    Responsibilities

    • Computer Designing using Adobe Creative Suites / Programs such as Photoshop, in-design and Adobe Illustrator.
    • Designing for Book Production.
    • Incorporate changes recommended by Clients for final Design and subsequent printing.
    • Developing and Producing Graphic designs Brochures, Print works, and online advertisement.

    Qualifications

    • KCSE minimum of Grade C‐;
    • Diploma in Graphic Design /Communication from a from a recognized Institution;
    • Excellent Communication Skills;
    • Ability to work with minimal Supervision tight timelines and occasionally
    • Extended working hours;
    • Conversant with lithographic Printing process; and
    • Competence to Operate a Digital Printer
    • Relevant working experience

    Waiters

    The Waiter will be responsible to the Restaurant Supervisor.

    Responsibilities

    • The Waiter is responsible for carrying out services of food & beverages for the guests;
    • A Waiter will be on job training and will perform a variety of routine tasks including assisting in cleaning of the restaurant, general cleaning and hygiene upkeep of the restaurant and restaurant equipment;
    • Put proper mis-en-place in place before service commences; and
    • Put in the right table set ups with service covers and equipment before service in consultation with the supervisor.

    Control Clerks

    The Control Clerk will be responsible to the Food and Beverage Controller

    Responsibilities

    • Guest registration
    • Issue and collection of meal vouchers
    • Supervise service points throughout the service
    • Daily stocktaking.

    Qualifications

    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C-(minus)
    • CPA Part I
    • Proficient in computer use and application
    • Initiative, be a team player and highly motivated
    • Relevant working experience.

    Assistant Records Management

    The Assistant Records Management Officer will report to the Senior Records Management Officer.

    Responsibilities

    • Receiving, sorting, opening, filing, minuting and distribution of mail, dispatching of mails; and guiding on files disposal;
    • Ensuring security of files and documents;
    • Renewing file covers;
    • Ensuring proper handling of documents, pending correspondence and bring-ups;
    • Dispatching letters and maintaining related registers of filing system;

    Qualifications

    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C (plain);
    • Diploma in Records/ Information Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
    • Proficient in computer use and application; and
    • Initiative, team player and highly motivated
    • Relevant working experience.
