    F&B Manager

    Specifications

     

    • Proven F&B management experience, up to date with F&B practices and trends,
    • Ability to supervise personel and meet financial targets,
    • Guests oriented and service minded, highly conversant with safety policies and regulations,

     

    Education Level

     

    • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts or related field from a recognized Institution, Be computer literate, proficient in use of Micros, MC, Fidelio,
    • knowledge in budgeting and cost control

     

    Work Experience

     

    • At least 6 years’ experience in Food and Beverage service (preferably in a luxury hotel) with a managerial experience of not less than 3 years

    Salary: Ksh.50k-100k
