Responsibilities for the Capacity & Data Analyst Job

• Responsible for setting up capacity and data systemï¼›
• Responsible for the incoming contacts forecast and the shift arrangementï¼›
• Responsible for pull data and make CS report;
• Identify key issues and facilitate process improvement;
• Participation in the development and modification of performance appraisal, analysis the KPI of every skill.

Capacity & Data Analyst Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mathematics / statistics;
• Fluent in English;
• Good communication and judgment ability, oral and written expression fluent, unobstructed;
• As least 3 years working experience;
• Proficiency in office softwares and the data analysis software like access, excel, database etc., proficiency in SQL;
• Have a good sense of service, work at the practical, serious, proactive, and able to withstand greater work pressure
