WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will be a C-level member of REFUNITE’s executive team and will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a team of top quality engineers and maintaining the highest quality of software engineering practices. Reporting to REFUNITE’s COO, you will work closely with REFUNITE’s other executives to take enduser facing products and innovations from pilot to scale while relentlessly automating operational processes and managing business technology systems to drive efficiency and performance.
You will provide guidance, oversight and mentorship to our engineering and product managers to ensure that our products and processes are extensible and efficiently scalable on our platform while maintaining stability and security.
Coming into a small organization with a current team of 8 developers, as CTO you will also be acting as Head of Engineering. Your role will include the following aspects:
