Responsibilities for the Process and Operations Engineer Job

• Managing production and logistics of the factory
• Maintaining inventory levels and control flow of products in the factory
• Ensuring optimum productivity through efficiency of processes;
• Providing guidance in the implementation of the companies strategic plan in the technical and production area;
• Implementation of waste management and clean air policy.
• Developing policies, standards and procedures for the factory
• Encourage commitment to the shared vision and values of the policy and objectives of the company;

Requirements for the Process and Operations Engineer Job

• Bachelors of Engineering in Industrial Engineering
• At least 2 years experience in operations of a factory
• Be a Registered Engineer
• Knowledge of project management shall be an added advantage
• Knowledge in electronics engineering will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Team Management;
• Have proven problem solving skills
• Have proven management and supervisory skills
• Good decision making ability, leadership skill and conflict management skills
• Good communication and writing skills
