Roles and Responsibilities for the Human Resource Assistant Job

• Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
• Maintaining calendars of HR Team, Setting appointments and arranging meetings
• Compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets
• Drafting job indents and participating in recruitment co-ordination
• Preparing new employee files for Board Secretariat Staff and undertaking file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
• Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Completing exit paperwork and assisting with exist processing

Job Requirements for the Human Resource Assistant Job

• Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management, or Diploma in Human Resources Management with three years experience.
• Must be a member of IHRM in good standing.
• Good Analytical skills and Organizational skill
• Knowledge of Labour laws.
• Good supervisory skills.
