Senior Operations Manager Job Responsibilities

• Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation of the unit.
• Oversee the supervision of personnel in technical departments, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Participates in and coordinates the machine, upholstery, service, site and stores and procurement departments.
• Provides advice and assistance to junior management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems, and procedures.
• Represents the organization at various business meetings; promotes existing and new programs and/or policies.
• Oversees the supervision of one or more specified operating and/or service activities within the unit, as appropriate.
• Develops annual operating budgets and provides fiscal direction to the unit.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Managing day to day operations of the company and supervise all technical departments.
• Establishing and accomplishing company objectives by recommending strategies to the line managers and inaugurating programs and processes as well as meeting business requirements.
• Assist junior managers plan the activities of various departments and Keeping an eye on the quality control of various activities.
