Human Resources Manager at AFEX

The successful candidate will be responsible for management of the front-line HR Team to deliver effective, efficient and legally compliant recruitment and human resource service across South Sudan which meets the needs of the organization.

Support and assist the Head of Human Resource to maintain, update and deliver the objectives of the Human Resources Strategy.

Qualifications for the HR Job

• BSc in HR /BA in Human Resource Management
• HR Credentials (e.g. Member and Certification from IHRM)
• 5 years’ experience managing a HR team
• A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• Excellent knowledge of current South Sudan employment legislation
• Strong IT skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and human resources management skills
