JOB GRADE - NCIA 5
An officer at this level will report to the Senior Human Resource and Administration Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. The duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: verifying information relating to recruitment, appointments, human
resource management records and complement control; training and development; processing of statutory deductions; payroll management and maintaining HRIS;
processing agenda for the Human Resource Advisory Committee and implementation of decisions; keeping/maintaining records of all the Centre’s equipment; and ensuring
cleanliness of offices of the Centre.
Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -
(i) Served in the grade of Human Resource Management for a minimum period of three (3) years;
(ii) Diploma in any of the following disciplines: - Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
