HR and Administrative Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Diploma
- Experience 3 years
- Location Thika
- Job Field Administration / Facilities , Human Resources / HR
Duties and Responsibilities
- Arrange for staff leave roaster in consultation with line managers
- Arrange for staff trainings
- Ensure compliance of labor laws
- Manage staff medical programs.
- Manage disciplinary committee of the company
- Arrange for staff travel and logistics.
- Management of company pool cars.
- Maintain Company filling systems
- Ensure offices are in good working condition.
- Attend meetings whenever required
Qualification and Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar position.
- A diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. ICT is an added advantage.
- A keen eye to details and be a self-starter.
