The successful candidate must have experience working in a high paced environment as a HR Manager. He /she must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent understanding of Labour Laws and be a member of IHRM. The ideal candidate should be Gujarati, Punjabi or Hindi speaking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resource issues.
• Implementing human resource strategies by establishing department accountabilities and talent acquisition.
• Managing human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and coaching.
• Developing human resource operations and financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements trends and variances.
• Supporting management by providing human resources advice, counsel and decisions; analysing information and applications.
Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in management position.
• Must have proven experience in Human Resource.
• Must have experience in partnering with an executive team and a high level of written and oral communication skills.
• Must be a member of Human resource professional body e.g. IHRM.
