The successful candidate must have experience working with Microsoft System and proven knowledge of C#, PHP, SQL and database querying skills. He/she must have strong analytical and problem troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring applications have an effective uptime of 99%
• Manage and meet all customers internal OLAs and External SLAs
• Respond to any CRM related user issues
• Resolve application related support issues
• Identifying the possible application solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Provide technical support working with the Global Service Desk
• Work closely with the first line support to create Root Cause Analysis of resolved problems
• Communicating effectively with staff to determine needs and assist with system requirements
Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Proven experience running web hosted applications on IIS
• Proven experience working with messaging queue systems
• Proven knowledge of C#,PHP and SQL Server database querying skills
• Must have strong analytical and problem troubleshooting skills
• Must have application programming experience for integrating new application to existing systems
• Experience designing and development of new products necessary to deliver operational capabilities
• Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, NGINX)
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft certifications and PowerShell scripting will be an added advantage
• Knowledge working with monitoring tools e.g. zabbix, ELK and cloud computing will be an added advantage
The successful candidate must have experience working in a high paced environment as a HR Manager. He /she must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent understanding of Labour Laws and be a member of IHRM. The ideal candidate should be Gujarati, Punjabi or Hindi speaking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resource issues.

• Managing human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and coaching.

Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in management position.
• Must have proven experience in Human Resource.
• Must have experience in partnering with an executive team and a high level of written and oral communication skills.
• Must be a member of Human resource professional body e.g. IHRM.
The ideal candidate must have 2 years experience in a busy accounting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in invoicing
• Run the client’s statements and send it to the clients
• Follow up on phone calls with clients to ensure debtor’s accounts are up to date
• Ensure cheques received are banked
• Give debtors update to the management consistently
• Allocate client’s payments against the remittances received
• For overdue accounts, coordinate with the Company lawyer to file suits and receive updates.
• Handle creditors and overheads
• Any other duty as may be assigned by the management
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a busy accounting work environment, in debt collection.
• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent
• CPA section 4
• Excellent Computer knowledge and skills
• Good Oral and written communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Can work under pressure
The successful candidate must have experience in selling high-end property. He/she must have the ability to grow sales and develop client’s relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain clients through calls, presentations and designing of solutions including after sales service.
• Identify new potential clients and initiate, follow up and close the sales.
• Maintaining and ensuring quality relationships with clients.
• Identifying new campaign opportunities within the assigned segment.
• Identify new avenues and prospects for sale of company properties.
• Following up on existing and new real estate market for new vacancy opportunities.
• Attend exhibitions in which the company is exhibiting.
• Manage and resolve customer satisfaction.
• Research sales data and property for clients and identification of new buying trends.
• Maintain accurate data and required paperwork.
• Ensuring as much relevant information as practically possible is entered into the company’s CRM.
• Contribute towards refinement of sales processes, procedures and reporting where applicable.
• Prepare and make a report on market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends.
• Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information.
• Ensure that customers receive excellent service and suppliers provide consistent service.
Qualifications:
• Must have a Degree in a relevant field.
• Must have experience in selling high-end property
• Must have proven strength in the ability to grow sales and develop clients’ relationship.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Must have a pleasant personality, trustworthy and good negotiator.
• Strong organizational skills, with excellent details to date.
