    Telecommunications Rigger I

    Reporting to the Telecommunications Rigging Superintendent, the overall responsibility will be to construct and maintain radio masts and fabrication of solar brackets.

    Telecommunications Rigger I Responsibilities

    • Designing, fabricating and installing masts and solar brackets.
    • Preparing and implementing routine maintenance schedules for radio masts and repeater houses.
    • Painting masts and replacing worn out mast accessories.
    • Installing communication antennae on lattice masts.
    • Installing brackets for mobile radios.
    • Ensuring proper earthling of masts.
    • Supervising telecommunication riggers.

    Qualifications for Telecommunications Rigger I Job

    • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
    • At least three (3) years experience in a relevant field.
    • Experience in welding, fabrications and rigging.
