Job Description:

We are looking for a young & very dynamic Regional Sales Account Manager to join our growing East Africa operation. You will be responsible to maintain and grow strong relationships with our Key Accounts clients and hunt for new opportunities in Kenya and East Africa.

If you believe you are an excellent relationship builder, you have a sales hunter attitude, you're not affraid of rejections and you're very comfortable with meeting & exceeding sales targets, then we would like to meet you, URGENTLY.

You'll need to come from a solid Digital Marketing or Media Sales background and understand sales cycles.

As a Regional Sales Account Manager, you’ll be directly reporting to our Account Directors based in our Head Office in South Africa.

Product training will be provided in South Africa to on-board the right candidate.

Provable sales track record is a MUST!

Responsabilities:

• Build excellent relationships with Key Account clients
• Hunt for new opportunities in Kenya and East Africa
• Daily progress report to Account Directors;

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• Broad understanding of Computer Systems, Web programming and Mobile Applications.
• Excellent understanding of Digital marketing & media;
• Excellent understanding of East Africa market.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION

• Degree in Marketing, Media or Digital Marketing Certificate.
• 3+ years of industry experience (minumum)
• Enthusiastic about meeting sales targets
• Good & professional communication skills both written and verbal.
• Must be a positive team player and self-driven and motivated.

Offer (Package):

Basic Salary + Large OTB (On Target Bonus paid quaterly).
