    Talent Acquisition Consultants

    Job description

    To support our fast growing recruitment and executive selection division, PeopleCentric is seeking qualified talent acquisition professionals who are passionate about providing timely solutions and first class service to clients spread across several sectors of the economies in the region.

    The recruitment consultant is also responsible for:

    • Developing and maintaining sustainable relationships with clients;
    • negotiating contracts;
    • headhunting;
    • interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies;
    • screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview;
    • organising interviews and selection events;
    • making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies;
    • deploying the latest technology in the entire recruitment process.

    Qualifications and Competencies required

    To be successful in this role you will have the following qualifications and skillsets:

    • a degree in any discipline is acceptable though a qualification in a relevant subject such as human resources, marketing, psychology, business studies or management can be advantageous;
    • 3 years’ experience carrying out similar work;
    • Good sales skills;
    • Confidence;
    • Energy;
    • Commercial awareness;
    • Excellent presentation skills;
    • Excellent Verbal communication skills;
    • Organisational skills;
    • Team working skills.

    The successful candidates will receive a competitive remuneration package.
