    Sales Team Leader

    Team leader – Sales to lead their representatives in Nairobi – someone who does this with both short and long-term market goals in mind, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there.

    You’ll work closely with the Country Manager – Nairobi to support processes that
    scale and innovate the companys’ sales from the ground up.

    Job Responsibilities 

    • Hire 4 Relationship Executives and ensure a standing team of 8 Relationship Executives by 31 Nov 2018.
    • Ensure addition of 16 new closings every month by the team.
    • Ensure 100% retention of new closings
    • Spend minimum 2 full days with each Relationship Executive in the
    • field per month.
    • 5Qs with 2 customers per week.

    The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitment to improve the way people print, an insane focus on sales and leadership, and a strong alignment with our core values.

    Qualifications

    • 3 years’ experience in sales and business development with minimum 2 years of active sales management
    • Min 3-5 years’ experience in Nairobi
    • University Degree/Bachelor Degree in Business Management from a reputable university
    • Ability to solve problems and act quickly
