Main Purpose of the Job: Design and lead proactive Industrial Relations strategies, policies, processes and procedures that contribute to cordial industrial and employee relations. This position requires individuals with practical experience in managing union-based interactions, welfare matters including recommending best practice to enhance employee engagement for productivity.
Key Job Skills & Competencies summary:- Business Strategy implementation, HR Strategy design & implementation, Talent Management, Employee relations and reward management skills, Change Driver with ability to lead, leverage and thrive in a world of diversity to create and sustain unique culture aligned to clients vision.
