    Operations Office Assistant Manager

    Job Description

    Support the operations of Tax Dispute Resolution Division and other related activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Personal Assistant to the Head of the Division
    • Supervise the maintenance of an upto date database/register of records and files held in the Division.
    • Ensure dissemination of correspondence, email and legal instruments to appropriate Parties/Departments on behalf of the Head of Department.
    • Make proposals on the Division’s Work Plan and budgets.
    • Implement policies and strategies of the Division’s Operations.
    • Develop the Division’s Performance Contract and Work Plan.
    • Supervise the maintenance of an upto date database/register of records and files held in the Division.
    • Prepare strategic and operational reports
    • Monitoring of general performance for the Division;

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in BCom, Accounting, Communications, Administration, Economics, Statistics, Law or related disciplines from a recognised university
    • Management Courses
    • Must have served as a Supervisor or its equivalent for at least three (3) years in a comparable organisation.

    • Excellent computer skills;
    • Must be a person of integrity;
    • Team player.
    • Strong administrative and supervisory skills
    • Excellent decision-making skills and capabilities
