Sales Executives at M-Paya

Job Location: Upperhill Area, Nairobi

Job Description: Through a network of agents, M-Paya provides a one-spot bills payment point for utility companies and Telecommunication service providers. We seek to recruit a highly proactive and self-driven individual to fill the position of a Sales Executive.

The Role: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the position holder will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals within assigned territory. The successful candidate will have experience recruiting retail outlets/agents with a proven record of success

Job Responsibilities:

• Marketing and selling Company’s service to customers through field visits, in house calls, internet, and other marketing channels.
• Drive demand for the company’s product portfolio
• Create market awareness for the company’s product
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
• Keep a keen eye on market trends and the competition.
• Reviewing sales performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis

Qualifications

• Certificate in Sales & Marketing/ business related field or social science course.
• At least 6 months working experience in a similar role . Prior experience in a field sales role would be an advantage
• Able to meet set sales target within the timeframe
• Aggressive and pro-active

Remunerations: Weekly facilitation and attractive commissions
