Assistant Bar Manager at Mövenpick Hotel & Residences

Passionate and creative about beverages. As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage moments for our guests.

 What you will be doing: 

• To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the guests satisfaction
• To oversee daily bar operations as per the SOPs
• To participate actively in the creation of new drinks and improve presentations to achieve the overall objectives and propose variations
• To ensure correct control of beverage to avoid wastage and spoilage
• Continuously trains and develop the team to achieve set targets

 Your experience and skills include: 

• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Diploma or degree in Food & Beverage or related studies
• 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Creative and outside the box thinker
• Has strong attention to details
• Fantastic interpersonal communication skills
