Administration Manager (Finance) at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Requirements:

• Oversee the overall operational, administrative, and financial functions.
• Performing compliance and audit functions.
• Set good track record of progressive achievement of the set goals and targets.
• Manage the day-to-day trading of all the branches and ensure their profitability.
• Ensure an effective internal control system is maintained and adheres to all statutory requirements.

• Liaise with other departments heads in the day to day running of the bureaus and report to the overall manager.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• MUST have excellent skills in accounting.
• Prior experience in the Financial Service Sector is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Punjabi and Hindi languages is a added advantage.
• Must be of mature age.
• Must have proven experience in office administration.
• Impeccable integrity, fiduciary mindset with a growth mentality.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Must be organized, pro-active autonomous and enjoy teamwork.
