    Head of ESG (International Telecom company)

    Key Requirements:

    • Develop, execute and manage the overall company’s ESG strategy, including setting goals and measuring progress to ensure that it is directly tied to the business strategies and goals
    • Develop annual and long-term OESG objectives
    • Prepare annual ESG progress against set objectives and goals
    • Develop policies, guidelines related to sustainability affecting the environment
    • Play a key role as a sustainability thought leader and in representing the company at the global, Africa and country levels
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders and presenting regular sustainability reports and conduct sustainability assessments

    Sales Manager (Automotive)

    Key Requirements:

    • Project and forecast weekly, monthly and annual sales to advise the management on expected sales for the brand production planning cycles through the period.
    • Set gross profit targets for each sales executive in line with overall corporate budget and ensure the achievement of these targets through model mix sales.
    • Monitor retail vehicle sales to ensure it is conducted within management guidelines, while ensuring profitability
    • Review requests for vehicle allocation and registration in line with company’s policies and guidelines

    Sales Engineer

    Key Requirements

    • Achieve a monthly profitable order level to ensure he/she meets or exceeds the annual sales target set by the Company for the Sales Engineer
    • Generate sales to exceed forecast
    • Generate profitable orders from the sales accounts assigned, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and to establish a long term relationship of trust and confidence between the company and their valued customer
    • Maintain a full understanding of the market. Be aware of market developments and the activities of the competition. Identify sales opportunities and understand how to convert them
    • Conduct customer training and to co‐ordinate promotional activities with the Sales Team Leader or Sales Manager/General Manager
    • Handle customer complaints and quality concerns regarding the products and services supplied
    • Maintain an active call planning and reporting system, and be prepared to provide regular updates of his/her activities – customer visits, quotations, orders etc

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering with relevant experience

    • Suitable competency in Windows computing, Word, Access database, excel and power point with some experience in AUTOCAD drawing.  Additional experience in any CRM software will be an added advantage
    • Electronic / Electrical competency with basic electronic communication language
