Area Sales Manager at Earthstream

Our client is an innovate energy company that manufactures fuel-efficient consumer durable goods and distribute them across various regions across Sub Saharan Africa. They are looking for a Sales Manager: Ethiopia, reporting to the Director of Business Development, the incumbent will be responsible for spearheading the sales expansion into Ethiopia.

The successful candidate will meet the following key selection criteria:

• Bachelor's degree. Master’s degree is a plus
• 5 Years Sales & Marketing Experience in Ethiopia preferably in consumer durable goods
• Managerial experience: strong ability to manage a small team of promoters
• B2B Sales and wholesale channel management experience,
• Experience designing and managing marketing strategies/campaigns and creating end-consumer demand (E)
• Familiarity with the Ethiopia wholesale/retail market
• Fluent in both Amharic and English
